Macro Keyboard Entry greyed out

In Archicad i wanted to remap a button. But the keyboard entry is greyed out. So i cant't enter for example "CTRL + 5".

I just tried out to remap my macros, but i have the same problem with every program.
I tried to clean the configuration, as told on https://3dconnexion.com/at/support/faq/ ... n-windows/, but the same thing happens.
I Can't create new keyboard shortcuts, because it's greyed out.

I finally figured out the reason.

I have installed the software "MacroToolworks" now "MacroCommander", here you can use shortcuts or keystrokes to extend texts.
First you have to quit this software, which runs in the background. Now it works as expected.
