Right button & Zoom do not work simultaneously

In the programs, the right mouse button (rotate) and the zoom function (Forward/Back or Up/Down in the settings) do not work simultaneously on the SpaceMouse Wireless 3DX-600060 and SpaceMouse Enterprise 3DX-600061. In other words, I want to rotate an object and simultaneously zoom in or out. I have a wired version of the SpaceMouse Compact, and it works perfectly. It is slightly older than the ones that do not work. Is it possible that the old firmware works while the new firmware does not? Can I roll back or update the firmware on new controllers?

This is mostly Exocad. Version 3.2 build 9036.
3DxWare 10.9.5.693
3DxWinCore 17.9.5.21635
SpaceMouse Compact FW: 4.37
SpaceMouse Wireless only has PID in the program/
Universal Reciever FW: 1.11

I recommend you to update your 3DxWare driver. You can find it here.
Also maybe you turned on the dominant option in 3Dconnexion advanced settings for your SpaceMouse Enterprise/SpaceMouse Wireless

Apparently, this will take a long time. Can you tell me how to find a 3DX-600053 controller with the same FW: 4.37? Is the 3DX-700059 option suitable for me?

Firmware of the controller can be upgraded using specific tool. You can enroll to customer service for such one.
