Hi,
I am using a CADMouse on the latest version of Mac OS with the latest 3DConnexion drivers.
I am plugging my mouse into my MacBook using a USB-A to USB-C adaptor.
The mouse is moving perfectly, the scroll wheel is scrolling, but none of the buttons are working. I can't click anything.
In 3DConnexion Home, under Device - it is showing the SpaceMouse, which suggests the CADMouse isn't being picked up in some way.
Disappointingly I am unable to request support from 3DConnexion as I don't have the serial number for the mouse.
If anyone from 3DConnexion can help me I'd appreciate it.
Or if anyone can inform me how to contact 3DConnexion that would helpful.
Or if anyone knows how to fix this I'd appreciate that too.
Thanks,
Gregor.

Hi Gregor.Risk,
It would be helpful to know what is your FW version of the CM that you use?
I recommend you to reach out to Technical support and obtain FW upgrade tool so you can update firmware version of your device.
