Re: LCD Display
I have a slight malfunction with the Spacemouse Enterprise display on Windows 11 that might be related. It shows the "welcome screen" so to speak, the blue screen with words, but no application specific displays. The buttons are working alright, application specific. Just the display stays...

Re: How Long Does A 3D Space Navigator Last?
I also still use a Space Navigator from when it came out. 2007? Almost 20 years ago.
Accurate and reliable as in the first time. Also, the coating is still intact.

Re: DavinciResolve support
Davinci Resolve is not a 3D program, so it is not officially supported. But one can edit the xml file for Resolve and add some lines to map the rotation of the puck to key commands. For example, rotation right to right arrow key, rotation left to left arrow key. It is also possible to program a prog...

Re: Using Spacemouse Enterprise for video editing
with xml editing it is possible to assign arrow keys to an axis, even with acceleration. It is not bad, but rather a workaround. I've been using 3dx devices for timeline transport for a long time, but once I got a dedicated video transport controller, there's no going back.

Re: 3D mice for scrubbing - video & audio
it is possible via xml editing to assign arrow keys to one the axis. It works fairly well, even with acceleration (the more you rotate, the faster the arrow key commands get repeated -> faster scrubbing). However, the video editing software has to be in focus, and it can even lead to problems by sen...

Re: SpacePilot (original)
when you have the device going, then everything is fine. There was no special software included.
Have you installed the driver on a modern or on an older computer?

Re: SpacePilot Screen and Mouse is not working
these computer-generated comments are everywhere.
But to the topic: you need to install the latest driver for the SpacePilot. You can find it at the 3Dconnexion discontinued devices.

I think it's a good idea. As Luping says, this may be a topic for future devices.

Re: SpaceNavigator works with AUTOCAD 2002 in Windows 32bytes
in my archives I found a 32-bit version of the official driver from 2010. I have no idea if it will work, but maybe it's worth a try.

you can find the KeyboardTemplate.xml in Program Files\3Dconnexion\3DxWare\3DxWinCore\Cfg Your user profiles are located at User\[username]\AppData\Roaming\3Dconnexion\3DxWare\Cfg After having created the profile (the .xml file) for DaVinci Resolve (just one assigned button is sufficient) and closed...

Re: Apple iOS / iPad Pro
this would certainly be something I would like to have. Power users of Procreate can zoom in and out with their other hand while drawing with the pan, but it would be more convenient for the artist to have a device for zooming. For this alone a 3dx device would be beneficial. ZBrush for iPad is anno...
