Enterprise screen not updating

I just recently purchased an Enterprise after using my Navigator for almost 7 years. I love it, however I've noticed that in order to show my function keys on the screen when I switch between programs like Revit and 3dsmax, I have to hold down one of the function keys until the on screen menu shows. At that point the screen then populates with my hotkeys. I was under the assumption that these function keys would auto update when switching between software. Is there something that I need to do in setup that I might not have done? I have the latest drivers loaded, so I can't update that. Thank you for any suggestions.

Yes, the LCD should automatically update to the assignments for the app in focus.
That's interesting that you have found LongPressing on a button (1-12 I assume) changes the assignments.

Does it work correctly when switching between other apps? E.g., explorer and outlook

It may have to do with conflicts with other Revit/Max plugins.
Do you have Enscape installed by chance? This is a known conflict we are working on.
We may want to collect a list of your plugins if it looks like it is limited to Revit/Max.

If I'm in max and I've already long pressed a function key to bring up my hotkeys, then yes. It seem like I can jump back and forth between applications, but if I go back to my desktop and then go back into Edge or outlook, etc. then I have to long press a function key to bring up the dedicated screen options.
I do not have Enscape installed. The only plugins that I have (as far as I know) is the coins and EdgeWise plugin for Revit. I'll have to double check that though when I get home from work.

Confirmed. After long pressing a function key, if I'm in a program such as outlook, 3dsmax, Revit, etc. The screen will update and change accordingly, but once I click on my desktop and jump back into a program I get a default screen that has the header "iPSNotifer". This then stays the same screen until I long press one of the function keys while in a running program. Then switching between programs is normal.

I've also been getting this error when long pressing a function key, when nothing is open and I'm just on the desktop.

Ah yes, iPSNotifier. This is an issue with a printer app from Brother that you have installed.
We have fixed it in the next release (in testing).
In the meantime, long pressing a button is indeed the fastest way to bring it back to life.

Oh, fantastic. Thank you for the letting me know that it's something that's fixable and is being addressed. While I don't mind long pressing a function key to get things going, it would be nice to see things work as intended.

Yep. As soon as I uninstalled the Brother print app, iPrint & Scan (which I've never used so I don't need), the spacemouse came to life and immediately started updating the screen to whatever application I happen to be using. Thanks again.
