With or without Smart Scrolling.
Scrolling is like unresponsive/inverted at times: scrolling backwards jumps up and than down and vice versa.
Are these drivers or connection issues?

Marcarch,
Did you ever get this resolved?
I am having the same issues with CadMouse Pro Wireless using bluetooth and also with just connecting directly with USB-C cord.
A single click forward sometimes works as expected, but randomly zooms out, or reverses direction on its own.
I have reinstalled the driver and contacted support. But, they are not getting me any answers.
I love the hardware but am frustrated with driver situation with macOS not getting the attention needed from 3Dconnexion.

Re: CadMouse crappy scrolling
My issue with the scroll wheel turned out to be a hardware issue. 3Dconnexion replaced my mouse with a new one as it was still under warranty. Thanks 3Dconnexion!
Re: CadMouse crappy scrolling
yep, exact same problem with mine (in every app). the scrolling direction is now random and pretty much useless. often it even just scrolls ad infinitum until hitting some type of stop in the program. luckily still under warranty so I've submitted a case for it.
