What is your operating system?

What name is in the title of the dialog box?

Can you please remove the existing configuration as described in this FAQ? Please make a backup of the files so that you can send them to us in case this helps. Thanks.

Operating system is Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1, 64-bit.

I assume that you get the error only if you are using a button where a Radial Menu is mapped to?
