Hi Both have 3DxWare. I work at a large company and the software needs to be "safe" to be allowed to be installed. So best would be that it's a Microsoft software or a well known company. Do you know any? And I don't think I can install https://virtualhere.com/ if it needs to be installed...

Well, in your case, subscribe to https://fccid.io/2AAHQ, you'll get new notification if there's any new device certification.

Try the SpaceMouse Pro Wireless Bluetooth Edition, it's much easier to carry around.

Otherwise, roll back the driver version to v10.9.0.

Then recreate the button mapping in the new version. A candid advice: write down your 3DxWare button mapping in your note book, it seems clumsy but it's effective. Whenever you want to update the driver that don't have good backward compatibility, you can find out how to recreate the button mapping ...

The general rule is, if there's no issue with your currently installed 3DxWare driver, don't update/upgrade unless the software you use(Maya in your case) is updated/upgraded to a degree that it is no longer compatible with the driver.

It's consumer electronics, it has a limited lifespan by design. The solution is to invest in/buy the new model: CadMouse Pro.

Make sure that both computers have 3DxWare installed.

New packaging number/model is 3DX-700115, it's called '3Dconnexion SpaceMouse Wireless Bluetooth Edition'.

You can use 7-zip archive manager to to extract the 3DxMaya64.msi from the 3DxWare v10.9.0 installer, then install it along with the 3DxWare v10.9.1.
